Memorials
Islamic memorials
Supporting the Islamic community in honouring the lives of those past for
over 30 years.
Islamic memorials are traditionally constructed with an ashlar (border) or a low set of kerbs (sides) and don’t have a ledger (top) covering the full plot. Often filled with gardens or stone pebbles, many also feature religious symbols such as the star or crescent and both English and Islamic inscriptions.
Our Islamic Memorial Consultants will guide you through the process of creating a memorial that marks and honours your loved one and work closely with your mosque to ensure your family’s traditions and beliefs are appropriately honoured.
Your Islamic memorial options
Single
Typically covering the full plot, a single Islamic memorial will generally feature a headstone and cater to a single burial.
Double
Covering two plots, a double Islamic memorial will often feature a single headstone, or two headstones joined together, and cater to two burials.
Bespoke
Bespoke Islamic memorials allow you to honour the life of an individual with a unique, single or double memorial, designed and crafted by specialist artisans.
